What are the logistics & time commitment associated with OKRs for Teams?

- Duration: the OKRs for Teams workshop is 1 full day. If required, the curriculum can be delivered in 2 sessions of 0.5 day each.

- Delivery: This 1-day workshop is available as in-house training. It is offered live, either face-to-face (preferred option) or online (remote option).

- Ideal group size: Minimum = 5 Participants / Maximum = 15 Participants

- Applied learnings to maximise impact: the initial 1-day workshop is supplemented by a 90 day Challenge (deploy an entire OKRs cycle, with expert support and ongoing 1:1 coaching) & #OKRs Champions Certification Program (optional). Those are practical, cost-effective solutions to increase the likelihood of success for the 1st Quarter pilot.
